The cast of[title of show] got around this week. We saw them at the NYC Gay Men’s Chorus holiday concert on Tuesday. They also performed at the annual Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS Gypsy of the Year fundraiser. They did an original piece called “My First Time” in which Hunter and Susan talk about seeing their first Broadway shows. For Hunter it was Annie; for Susan it was Angles in America.
As usual, [tos] knocks the performance out of the park. You’d never imagine a world where “Tomorrow” and the closing monologue of Angles in America could be done at the same time, but this is nothing short of sublime.
Update: An official version of this has become available on the BC/EFA site, you can check it out here.
That is some seriously brilliant shit.
