Big Gay Fiction Book Club: The Lights on Knockbridge Lane by Roan Parrish – BGFP episode 348

Jeff and I discuss the delightful holiday romance The Lights on Knockbridge Lane by Roan Parrish.

It’s about a single dad named Adam who wants to make this holiday extra special for his young daughter. If that means accepting the help of their handsome next-door neighbor, so be it. As they deck the halls, the twinkling glow of Christmas lights brings them closer together in this story that is definitely magical, merry, and bright. We think your gonna swoon just as hard as we did for this amazingly sweet holiday story that just so happens to be the first gay romance featured in the Harlequin Special Edition line. We talked about breaking that particular boundary with author Roan Parrish during our interview in episode 338, so if you haven’t listened yet be sure to check that out.

As always, in our book club chat there are spoilers ahead so keep that in mind if you haven’t read the book yet. Make sure you keep listening after our discussion to hear the first chapter of the audiobook, narrated by Michael Dean.
