The winner of the 2015 Tony Award for Choreography with An American in Paris. The beautiful show employs a lot of ballet in its choreography, thanks to its choreographer Christopher Wheeldon. Not only did Wheeldon win a Tony for his choreography, he also won the prestigious Astaire Award earlier in the week (for which he tied with On the Town choreographer Joshua Bergasse).
